Psalm 7:1

David was chosen by God to be the king of Israel who would shepherd and care for His people. He was a man after God's own heart because he trusted in the Lord. From his youth, David found God was faithful and true, despite his own foolish actions, some irresponsible decisions, and sinful behaviours. David maintained a holy faith in the Lord and found Him to be the only rock on which he could stand and his only secure tower of refuge.


Psalm 7:9

David was a man who trusted in the Lord, but he was surrounded by wicked enemies and malicious men who sought his life. He was pursued by those who made false accusations against him, but David had faith that God would establish him, vindicate him, and judge ungodly people according to His righteousness.
