Zechariah 14:1

In a nutshell, the final chapters of Zechariah teach that God's anointed King would be rejected at first, but in the end, will return in power and great glory to save Israel from their enemies, to establish His eternal kingdom on earth, and to rule and reign in righteousness and equity. Zechariah 14:2

In the first ten chapters of his book, we find Zechariah the prophet, exhorting the nation of Israel to repent of their sin and to learn a lesson from the mistakes of their forefathers. In that day, and the earth will be filled with His glory, as the waters cover the sea, and He will reign over all the earth.

The absolute sovereign lordship of Israel's Messiah-King will one day reach its fulfilment, for He will read more...

Zechariah 14:16

Zechariah was a prophet of God who gave much insight into the first coming of the Messiah of Israel. He also recorded many prophesies that will happen during the 'time of Jacob's Trouble' when terrible tribulation will come upon the whole earth, but he also writes of the future reign on Christ on earth, when Jesus sets up His Millennial rule as King of kings and Lord of lords.

Line by painful line, we read in the book of Zechariah of read more...
